Misconceptions about reason for applying cast

We have observed that reason for applying cast in a injured person is grossly misconceived by the general public and is fueled grossly by our own colleagues just for their personal gain. Such colleagues don't understand that they are also living in glass houses!!!. The reason for applying a cast for an injury is only to immobilize the limb so that it recuperates. There may or may not be any fracture and only a soft tissue damage. So to protect it fom further damage the cast is applied . And applying the cast is not a crime which these desperate colleagues take advantage of which is a sorry state of affairs. And these don't understand ' WHAT GOES AROUND WILL COME AROUND '
